Throughout a career spanning more than 20 years in the financial industry, Fadi was continuously performing in complex and multicultural environments. As bank CEO and head of business units; he had led teams in Paris, London, and Geneva.
Active in Wealth Management and Wholesale Banking, Fadi led many major transactions with Sovereign Wealth Funds, large European companies and High-Net-Worth Individuals.
Fadi developed an extended know-how in risk management, remediation plans and corporate governance
He initiated and managed multi-million corporate transactions, structured real estate lending, in commercial, hospitality and residential sectors.
Guest speaker in several conferences, Fadi was elected President of the foreign banks association in France (CBEF), from 2013 to 2017, where he serves now as Honorary President.
Lecturer at Paris-Dauphine university (corporate strategy, asset management), Fadi Graduated from a Top ranked Executive MBA, holds a Master’s degree, with distinction, in Industrial Organization from Paris Dauphine University, and studied Strategic Management in Banking at INSEAD.
Senior Advisor, Rony Nachawati. Rony has over 30 years of experience in the wealth management field. He held numerous senior roles with financial institutions, such as UBS, EFG, EAB, in both Paris and Geneva.
Rony works mainly with UHNW families in the GCC and Mena regions where he forged excellent and long-standing relations. His successful track record covers real estate lending, advisory management and Forex transactions. Rony holds an MBA degree from Adam Smith University of America-France.
